01. User Agreement
By accessing the services provided by Abricate Design Solutions, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the Client) and Abricate Design Solutions.
We provide high-fidelity engineering detailing, PEB structural designs, and technical consultancy. Use of our digital portals, CAD data, or structural blueprints implies unconditional acceptance of these administrative and technical protocols.
02. Intellectual Property
Technical Drawings
All engineering drawings, blueprints, and digital CAD files remain the intellectual property of Abricate Design Solutions until final settlement is processed as per project milestones.
Design Rights
Any proprietary methodologies, software plugins, or structural optimization algorithms used in your project are protected by global copyright and patent laws.
Reproduction, redistribution, or modification of technical documentation without explicit written consent from our engineering board is strictly prohibited and subject to legal action under the Copyright Act.

03. Limitation of Liability
"Abricate Design Solutions shall not be liable for any consequential, indirect, or incidental damages arising out of the use or inability to use the engineering designs, including but not limited to construction delays, material overages, or site execution errors performed by third-party contractors."
Our liability is strictly limited to the professional fee paid for the specific design segment in question. We recommend that all structural Detailing be reviewed by a site engineer before fabrication begins.
04. Governing Law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of **India**. Any disputes arising in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in the region where our headquarters is located.
